This is going to sound very rough, my apologies in advance.
If you want to establish yourself as a free-lance worker in a COMMUNICATION field, please try to express yourself in a clear manner.
If I was someone looking for a designer for my website, I would not even consider hiring you.
a) you sound too much like an amateur by the way you express yourself (no punctuation, spelling mistakes, etc)
b) I do not want that level of expression to be used on my site
c) If that is the best you can do -while looking for a job- the logical assumption is that your work once hired will be as sloppy.
If you’re serious about wanting to do this you need to realise that the -only- first impression you can make online is trough the way you write. So clean it up, show that you actually care. After that build -yourself- a portfolio site so that prospective employers can look at your skill level and say "yes, he/she is the one we need!".
A web designer that does not have his own website rings all kind of negative alarms. References :
What you described here sounds like you would like to work as a freelancer. There are many freelance sites on the internet, just crawl the web using your favorite search engine, see the one that best suits you.
One i can recommend you is rentacoder.com. They have a variety of projects from very small homework help to big corporate projects.
