Is there a software program that writes PHP or MySQL for me?

Author: I am in need of some basic programming, and I am by no means a programmer. Is there a program out there that will write PHP scripts or MySQL?
no sorry you have to learn it from scratch. just watch videos instead of reading book and you will learn it quite fast. just google or bing php training video

No but there are frameworks that save you tons of time ( once you know the language ), so the answer is still no.
What do you need? am assuming that since you need "basic" programming I could do it in an hour or less and send you the script.
