I want to learn php / mysql, any recommended institute in pune?

I want to learn php programming with mysql in pune. I am tight at budget it is only 5000 INR. Can you recommend me any institute in pune which will teach good in this amount ? Please help me choose. Please share your experience.
I learned all I need to know about PHP for my job as IT Support Specialist which involves some web programming and script programming from W3Schools tutorials, they are great.

You can learn Php and mysql anywhere in the world, with just an internet access.
Take the initial introduction at http://www.w3schools.com, and, once a bit preprared, go to http://www.php.net for deeper knowledge (it is not a course, but a reference with professional user’s comments on every function), and dev.mysql.com for the DB.
Ideally, get a small site on a server and develop your trials on-line, OR download LAMP or WAMP onto your PC, and work off-line.

This is the book I used to learn PHP and MySQL – it is called Head First PHP MySQL.
I was writing programs with database access within a week of reading this book – cannot recommend it enough, it is a very good PHP tutorial. Best $29 I ever spent.
